About Me.

Kimberly has a passion for giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy her sweet and savory creations.  She has helped open, organize and create menus for numerous hotels and restaurants in Chicago and Nashville.

Before the pandemic, Kimberly knew the core chocolate techniques, how to properly temper, create different finishes, etc.  However, during the pandemic she took an active interest in learning more about chocolate making and discovered a new passion.  The solitude of the pandemic gave her the opportunity to concentrate on getting temperatures just right, developing new flavor combinations and creating bold and beautiful designs on the final product.  She brought her chocolates to the world in 2022 as a surprise gift to her son for his engagement party in Chicago.  Kimberly's flavors, designs, and presentation were so enticing that the chocolates originally purchased for the event were untouched.
